Gateway Driving School grants you access to our website with the view of adhering to our general terms and conditions. In the course of accessing any page on Gateway Driving School Website, you automatically agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

At Gateway Driving School Website, you can enjoy a great deal of support from us. It should be noted that the derivable benefits can be used for both personal and non-commercial use. Any support provided to you is mainly for the purpose of information. we reserve the right to make changes to the Gateway Driving School Website; withhold reply or response to any queries.
Please note, we do not receive any confidential or proprietary information via Gateway Driving School website – www.gatewaydrivingschool.ie Hence, any information or material sent will be considered non-confidential.
By sending any information or material to Gateway Driving School, you grant Gateway Driving School unfettered access to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, and transmit such piece of information or material. In a similar vein, we urge you not to send information that is defamatory, offensive, blasphemous, or discriminatory.
You must give your instructor or us at least 48 hour’s minimum notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange a driving lesson, otherwise you will be liable to pay 100% of the lesson fee.
If you have pre-paid for any lesson but fail to attend or provide the Minimum Notice to cancel or rearrange the lesson, you will have to forfeit your payment fee. It should be noted that you can neither sell nor transfer any driving lesson form to a third party without our written consent.
You must not display or use in any manner Gateway Driving School or Gateway Driving School trademarks or logos without prior written permission from Gateway Driving School.
The Terms and Conditions of Gateway Driving School shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Our instructor will carry the appropriate motor insurance. In case of a collision during the driving lesson you as a learner driver, our instructor will take over the control of the instructor’s tuition vehicle.
We reserve the right to change the price of all our learner driver products, lessons and special offer prices without your prior consent.
You are expected to pay for your product, good or lesson in advance. Payment can be made via credit or debit card or by telephoning the Gateway Driving School directly. It is to be noted that you can also carry out payment on our website www.gatewaydrivingschool.ie
You are entitled to cancel your driving lessons at any time giving minimum 48 hrs notice. If you have taken lesson(s) at the time of cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund on any lessons taken.
If you are entitled to a refund, you will be required to pay an administration charge of 15% of the received amount (minimum of €15 charged) to process the refund (the Refund Charge). Refunds will only be given up to a maximum period of 3 years.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for one year only.
We would like to state that neither we (Your Instructor) nor Gateway Driving School will be responsible for any or loss or damage caused. Most importantly, it should be noted that neither we nor Gateway Driving School are parties to the contract for driving lessons. This is a deal that is exclusively between you and your instructor. Please note that nothing in these terms and conditions will affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Gateway Driving School abolishes all conditions, warranties, representation, or other terms that uphold Gateway Driving School as responsible for the supply or failure to supply any service in connection with the Gateway Driving School website.
You accede to the fact that you are using the Gateway Driving School Website at your own risk and that Gateway Driving School does not warrant that the Gateway Driving School Website will meet your requirements or that the Gateway Driving School Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
With respect to the contents or services provided through the Gateway Driving School Website, we give no personal representations or endorsement of any kind (express or implied) to it. Gateway Driving School has the exclusive right to amend or withdraw any content or services in relation to the Gateway Driving School Website.
